Inside is a stylish, great room with a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wrap-around countertops with island seating, a bistro table, a living area with a comfy sofa, a TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the shared patio.

Designed with a split floor plan, the primary bedroom has delightful blue décor with chic furnishings and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has European clothing racks and a TV, and the hall bathroom features a stunning walk-in shower

When you rent this home, you have access to SKLRP's: Professional Management Program: We are here to help you vacation the right way and ensure you have everything you need, including our in-house professional property managers and maintenance techs, and our professional housekeeping contractors.

Professional Linen Program: we ensure high quality linens and towels are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest. Mid Stay Cleans and Linen Exchange is available for an additional cost.

Preferred Vendor Program: Through this program, we offer Rental equipment: golf carts, mopeds, mini cars, umbrellas, bikes (daily/weekly), kayaks, paddleboards, fishing charters, adventure tours, sunset cruises, eco-tours and more. Our preferred vendors recommend some Services, Tours, and Equipment be reserved in advance due to limited space and high demand. Extended Stay Details: Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean, so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

"Perfect location! A block from the beach and only a few blocks from the village. Accommodations were wonderful with enough room for all. Beds were comfortable, linens plentiful, and kitchen well stocked. Main area had enough seating for everyone . We will definitely be back!

"This charming and spotless home is in the best location ever for an amazingly relaxing vacation. It is just steps away from the beautiful beach, but also only 2 blocks from the abundant restaurants and shopping found in the village. The inside of the basement apartment is smartly decorated with plenty of seating and comfortable beds. The fenced backyard provides privacy and a place to completely unwind. Thoughtful touches include a wagon full of beach items to use, a grill, and an immaculate kitchen that is stocked with an abundance of dishes and cooking tools. Our stay here was the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. I cannot wait to come back again!

"This is a beautiful property, ideally located and well-kept. Much detail has gone into the design, decor, and amenities. I love that we were so close to the beach (which was never heavily populated), were also close to restaurants and shopping, and could come "home" to a private and comfortable place to stay...so perfect! Had an amazing time; would love to come back!

"Love, love, love this place. It is cute and comfortable inside. But the most amazing thing is the proximity to the beach and to the shops/restaurants. The location is perfect! We had a group of 5 ladies in their 50s and it was just right in size for us to all be comfortable. The wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella made us feel like locals as we headed to the beach. Early morning sunrise runs, yoga on the beach, sunset happy hour, and late night stargazing while listening to the waves. This is the place you want to stay! I’m already planning my next trip back to Siesta Key- this is where I will plan to stay!

"The Mahi was a fantastic condo for our family. The property itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well taken care of and the location is ideal. It is a two minute walk in one direction to fantastic restaurants and shops and a two minute walk in the other direction to beautiful beaches with sugar sand and perfect sunsets!

"Incredible Location! Tucked in a block from the beach and perfect to head to the Village in the morning for coffee or dinner in the evening. Back patio area delightful for private dining as well. "Our family spent our New Year's vacation at The Mahi and had a wonderful time!! This property is like "home away from home" -- beautifully decorated, well stocked for beach and cooking and beds that ensure a good night's sleep! The location could not be better, as the beach and the downtown festivities are only a few blocks walk away. We loved our trip and will definitely return! Thank you!
