Upon entering your new home away from home, you will immediately notice the charming beach decor and the ample space inside. The living room has a variety of sofas and side chairs to accommodate all guests comfortably. Through the coral barn doors, you will find a stunning dining room that conveniently offers easy access to the deck and BBQ grill. In the kitchen, you will find stainless steel appliances and a variety of pots and pans to whip up a delicious meal.

With two primary bedrooms that are beautifully decorated and include gorgeous ensuite bathrooms - one with a standalone tub and the other with a walk-in shower - you'll feel like royalty. Four additional king rooms and two bunk rooms mean that everyone in your group will have a comfortable place to rest their head. Each room is outfitted with lavish linens and a TV, and the king rooms even have their own ensuite bathrooms. The bunk rooms share a hall bath with a convenient walk-in shower.

Perfect for Big Family Get Together

"May 2021, my Big Family of 16 Adults and 6 children ( 3 that were 1 and under) came from 3 different states to gather for a Family Reunion. This house was just perfect for us. It had been a long time since we all had been together due to Covid19. We booked it 1 1/2 years in advance not knowing this would happen, but held our breath that we would still be able to make this happen. With 8 bedrooms, each having their own bathroom and TV, this worked out for each family to have their own room. If the kids got tired or unruly they could go to their rooms and chill out with a nap or TV. The BIGGEST problem we encountered was the NOICE. Some days it was deafening due to construction next door. The jackhammering was horrible and made it very difficult for the children ( and some adults ) to nap. It really put a damper on our vacation. The house itself was beautiful and very accommodating. The location was Superb, because of it being so close to the beach and the village for restaurants and shopping. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Having a washer and dryer was a HUGE help with so many little ones and just keeping up with washing and drying beach towels, which were provided. The pool was Awesome and we all enjoyed it. The Tiki Hut was the perfect place to celebrate our twins 1st Birthday. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and was very roomy. Several of the guys were still working from “home”, so we’re able to set up their computers in the dining room. It became their “office” for the week and was able to close it off with the sliding barn doors. It gave them some private space from the rest of the house. All in all, if it hadn’t been for the noice, this would have been the PERFECT Vacation.

"Truly a first class property in a perfect location! The pool/spa/hot tub is incredible, the best I have seen on the island. The house is beautiful, easily accommodates six families, and each bedroom has a master bath/ walk in shower. The management company was a pleasure to work with, very polite, receptive and prompt. The "extras"- towels, beach chairs, access to bikes, mopeds, golf carts, paddle boards- was icing on the cake! We will definitely rent this property again!

Great Location – Awesome Place to Stay !!!

"I just returned from an incredible stay at the Sunset Splash in Siesta Key. Without a doubt the BEST thing about this place is the location. You will be a 3-minute walk to the beach, and a 3-minute walk to the Village. (The village offers all the local bars, restaurants, gift shops, shopping etc.) This stunning house offers 8 bedrooms and 7 and a half baths – it is the ideal place to stay for large groups. The house is all one story and massive. Very clean and a modern feel throughout, and that “cottage beach house feel” is there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well beyond antiquate, as were the kitchen, dining area and living room. But let’s be honest here – we didn’t spend the majority of our time inside this gem, we were out at the beach or hanging out at the pool/tiki area most of the time! The pool is an absolute perfect “front yard” for this place. It is suitable for all ages and offers everything you could want in a swimming pool – an attached hot tub, a bench/table area for hanging out, a shallow area for lounging, and a super-fast, fun slide for thrills (above a waterfall grotto.) The Tiki Hut and BBQ area is perfect for entertaining and plenty of deck space all around for the guests to relax and unwind. There is plenty of parking here as well. Pros: Location, location, location The pool Spacious indoor living accommodations Cons: No direct view of the ocean Having to walk up the long driveway to rinse your sandy feet coming off the beach Young foliage not blocking for 100% privacy (but 90% of the foliage IS blocking!) I will stay here again in a heartbeat. If you and your group are seeking a GREAT place to stay on Siesta Key, I would not hesitate to book this place. Staff are very accommodating and the experience was everything a vacation rental should be – you won’t be disappointed.

"This property is beautiful and the pool/hot tub unbelievable! It's the perfect location between the beach and village. Very impressed by the amenities - high quality beach chairs and towels. Rentals of mopeds, long boards, bikes, etc was a breeze thanks to the Adventure Tiki Center. We will definitely be back to this house!
