This home is part of our concierge level service, so if you need dining reservations, a fishing charter, an airport transfer, grocery delivery set up, your concierge can help arrange this for you. It is exclusive, and our services are inclusive of your reservation and designed to make your stay a completely care free and perfect experience. We also include beach chairs, 4 bikes, an umbrella, and a beach cart to make it easy for you and your family to head to the beach. If you want privacy, with only the sounds of the waves lapping the shore, while you sit on the now World Famous White Sand Beaches of Lido Key and Siesta Key then this is your vacation home. If you want all of this, and your own Concierge, who will handle all guest relations before, during, and after your stay, then this is your home.

The home itself is almost as stunning as the island that it sits on. With over 19,000 square feet of land, this home has plenty of room to stretch out and it offers very open and uncrowded living and outdoor spaces, and the 8-9 foot fence/wall surrounding the rear of the home and yard ensure you'll have privacy while you enjoy these spaces. Each of the main rooms is oversized, with the focus on the user experience. Upon entering the home through the front door you'll notice the large 36" tile flooring, the vaulted ceilings, the windows and doors that offer cascading natural light throughout the home, the high end fixtures and finishes, and the amazing decor and furnishings that tie it all together. You'll also notice the feeling of openness as you move through the living space. Directly off of the oversized living room you'll find the kitchen and dining areas. The space itself is perfectly set up for a large group meal, and the kitchen has top of the line appliances to ensure the chef of the family is able to prepare the meal he or she wants. It also provides stunning views of the lawn, patio, and pool area. Through the sliding glass doors, you can step from the living area out into the outdoor space. You'll find gorgeous green grass, perfectly spaced pavers for a truly unique patio look, and lush natural landscaping. You'll also find a large covered space just off of the pool area, underneath the new addition that allows for outdoor seating, dining, and enjoyment.

Back inside the home the bedroom areas are set up to allow privacy and comfort. In total, there are 7 bedrooms, including 3 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a childrens room with bunk beds, and 2 King bedrooms that share a Jack N Jill Bath. You'll find 1 Master bedroom on the ground level, featuring a large King bed and en suite bathroom which includes both an indoor and outdoor shower. The 2nd Bedroom features a King Bed with a view of the pool. You'll also find a 3rd bedroom on this floor with full over full bunk bed & trundle which is perfect for children. Just up the staircase to the second floor, you'll find the remaining bedroom in the main house. The bedroom at the top of the staircase is the 2nd master with en suite bedroom and it is the largest in the home. The new addition to the home is private and you gain access to it from a beautiful pool side spiral staircase. Once up the staircase, you'll find 2 King Bedrooms with the shared Jack N Jill bathroom. Finally, you'll get to the last bedroom, the 4th master bedroom in the home that features an en suite bathroom and a view over looking the pool.

So if you aren't sold yet, let me tell you a little more about the location of this home. It is located in the exclusive Lido Shores area. Outside of the close proximity to Lido Shore's private beach, it is also located just around the corner from St. Armand's Circle, about a 6 minute bike ride. This area is a very well known and high end commercial retail area. It is filled with boutiques, restaurants, dessert shops, and nightlife. This is a renowned area and people come from all over to walk the circle, take in the sights and sounds, and enjoy the many offerings of this area. However, you'll be able to walk or bike there and not worry about driving or parking your car, so you can truly enjoy your vacation without concern for the details. If you want even more offerings, Downtown Sarasota is only 3.3 miles from this home, and you can find an even larger supply of retail, restuarants, nightlife, concert halls, comedy venues and more. You can catch a movie, a play or performance at the Sarasota Van Wezel, or just walk down Main Street and pop in and out of dozens and dozens of shops and stores. It is less than a $10 Uber to downtown - so again, no need to worry about transportation, everything is right there at your fingertips. The home is also directly next to City Island, where your family can enjoy a day at Mote Marine Labrotory, where you can enjoy the large aquariums, education centers, and aquatic "petting zoos" for an up close and personal nautical experience. You can also visit New Pass Bait Shop to test out your fishing luck, or launch a kayak or boat at the boat ramp on City Island as well.
