What a view! Gulf/Beach views from the living area and the master bedroom! Oh ya, and don't forget about the roof top deck that provides stunning views of Siesta Key Beach and our gorgeous Coastline and Gulf Waters. The home itself is conveniently located directly across from Siesta Key Beach Access 10 for immediate beach access, or you can walk 2 blocks to the Siesta Key Public Beach or 4 blocks to the fun area of Siesta Key Village. This 1/2 duplex has a private garage that makes it very easy to store your beach gear or vehicle, and a private elevator for access to all floors which is a great addition for those guests who need that added accessibility. It also has a game room area with a pool table, TV, and Bar top for your use located directly off the garage and pool areas. This home is also part of our Property Manager Program, so one of our dedicated Property Managers will assist you during the entire reservation and vacation process. We are here to help you vacation the right way and ensure you have everything you need, including any recommendations or advice to help improve your vacation!

The home itself has 3 bedrooms plus a den off of the roof top deck and sleeps 10 people in beds. There are 3 King Bedrooms, 2 of which have En Suite Baths, and the den has a Twin Bed with a Twin Trundle Pull Out. There is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the home. It has been tastefully decorated and painted and it is a cute beachfront bungalow that will help make your vacation here in Siesta Key a great one. You'll love the large open living room with gulf views from the balcony directly off this living space. You'll also want to take advantage of the roof top deck that has unimpeded Gulf views. You'll love this home, and so will everyone you are traveling with. FREE WiFi is included in your stay.

If you need a little extra space, please look into also renting the other half of the duplex, Unit B, which is another 3 bedroom 2 bath property that sleeps 10 people in beds. Renting both properties allows you the extra room and gives you a 6+ bedroom, 5.5 bath home with a private pool, private garage, private elevator, gulf views, and room for 20-21 people!

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest.

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

Beach Towels and Beach Chairs are included. Don't forget to check out our Preferred Vendors for rentals, activities, tours, and more. Through our preferred vendors list, we offer Rental equipment: golf carts, mopeds, mini cars, umbrellas, bikes (daily/weekly), kayaks, paddleboards, fishing charters, adventure tours, sunset cruises, eco-tours and more. Our preferred vendors recommend some Services, Tours, and Equipment be reserved in advance due to limited space and high demand. After you've made your vacation rental reservation, feel free to inquire with your Property Manager on how you can secure your spot for these services, tours, and amenities. Or, if you would like to wait, you can check out these services when you arrive. Most of our preferred vendors offer our guests discounted services and priority status. Discounts vary between vendors, and our list of preferred vendors is being updated daily. Inquire today for more information and for instructions on how to add these packages to your stay.

Wonderful property

Siesta Sun is a great property. The house had plenty of space for our group of six adults and could have slept 2-4 more people with the little den upstairs and the pull out sofa. Two of the bedrooms face the street and the gulf, share a balcony/porch, and are a nice size. The third bedroom is small and could use a bedside lamp, but otherwise it was fine. There are 3 1/2 bathrooms, which was nice. The living spaces are large and the house is nicely decorated. Having a garage and an elevator were nice additions and made moving into and out of the house a lot easier. It was nice having a code pad for the house and garage so that we didn’t have to worry about everyone having keys when we were coming and going at different times. The path to the beach was just across the street and the walk wasn’t bad. You can see the gulf from the rooftop deck and can also see glimpses of it from the living room and upstairs screened in porches. The pool area, shared with the other half of the duplex, was also nice and there are two outside grills. There are lots of good places to eat in the nearby Village, along with a small grocery store, and there’s a Publix about 10-15 minutes away. We booked a sunset boat ride from the local marina on our last night there, with a stop at Shell Island, and that was a great way to end our week. I would return to this property without hesitation!
