Stay In Style On Siesta Key

My family and I loved this spacious property!

The house is decorated nicely and sits on a large corner lot. It was quiet and felt very private. There was plenty of room for my family of seven, and it was close to some great amenities - shops, restaurants, an aquarium, and a beautiful beach! We loved having our own private pool. It also helped that the property management made it such a smooth process. We worked with Joey, and he was quick to respond to all of my questions leading up to the stay. I did not really need to contact him during the stay...which is a good thing! I was a little hesitant to book a house instead of a resort or hotel. After this experience, I have no doubt we would do it again. I definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful property!

Our extended family 0f 14 stayed here for a family reunion and loved this house. The location is fantastic, near to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The pool, slide, and hot tub were a winner. And the rooftop deck was amazing! It's beautifully decorated and a great layout of rooms for multiple families and groups. Rental concierge stopped by to make sure everything was good. So glad we stayed here!

Great place location location location!

Joey Kerns met us when we checked in to this beautiful home and gave us great ideas for places to go and see and things to do like the seafood festival a short walk to St Armand's circle. Beaches were clean and the awesome just a short drive up the road. This house was so beautifully decorates, lots of room and the guest house is adorable. We used the bikes and the beach towels provided and the wagon was great for carting everything to the beach. Even used the pool! One of my favorite things was the outdoor shower it was so nice!!! We will be back!!

Lovely home and excellent customer service

The home is perfectly located near everything and is maintained in excellent condition. We appreciated the calls from the management company during our stay asking if we needed anything. This is the highest level of service we have ever received when renting a vacation home.
