What To Do During the Holidays
If your family is gathering together for a Christmas vacation, you won’t have to worry about kids or parents getting bored. No matter which rental home you choose for your stay, you’re never far from the beach or Siesta Key Village. Our guests receive FREE bike rentals, and we partner with local companies that rent street-safe go-carts and golf carts. You can easily travel around the island in style without ever needing your car. There’s also the FREE island trolley that makes stops at all the beaches and main points of interest on Siesta Key.
There are many Christmas events happening on Siesta Key, Lido Key, and Sarasota. So if you want something special to do, you won’t have to go far for shows, festivals or theatre.
Will Santa Know Where To Find You?
If you’re vacationing with the youngest members of the family, you’re sure to get questions about Santa Claus delivering presents to the right house. Luckily, we’re good friends with Mr. Claus.
Our staff visits all of our guests on Christmas to deliver good cheer and goodies. Last year, Dylan (oh! uh!) Santa and his helper handed out donuts and coffee to all of our visiting families. He even posed for pictures on the beach in front of the Sunset Pointe Christmas tree.
Treats to Leave Santa on Christmas Eve
Another timeless tradition is leaving snacks out for Santa. You can still bake cookies in your rental home. All our properties have upgraded appliances, fully stocked and with plenty of space. You can cook a whole feast if you wanted to.
It could be a fun decorated cookies together, but be sure to leave some carrots for the reindeer as well.
