Your loved ones will appreciate the modern feel of this home with an open layout that connect the living room, dining area, laundry room, half bath, and kitchen. The gourmet kitchen will not disappoint with its full suite of appliances, including a gas stove, wine fridge, and a Miele coffee machine. Gather for meals at the kitchen island or at the formal dining table. After fun-filled days, guests can unwind with a movie night on the comfy sofa or head upstairs to the game room, where you can play a game of pool or practice your mixology skills at the bar. Behind the bar are sliding glass doors that lead to a breathtaking deck with comfortable outdoor seating, providing a perfect spot to enjoy the refreshing island breeze.

Just off the kitchen, you'll find the primary bedroom has a luxurious canopy bed with patio access and stunning pool views. The bedroom feels exceptionally spacious, with a privacy wall that separates it from the ensuite bathroom, which features a rain shower, a standalone bathtub, and an oversized walk-in closet. Moving to the second floor, you'll find two queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in showers. On the third floor is the fourth bedroom. Excellent-Perfect Location

"Absolutely PERFECT!!! We thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous house located in the perfect location within the Village. Traveled with 3 families for a soccer showcase and the place did not disappoint!! Loved that the girls had the 3rd floor complete with a full bathroom, entertainment room and balcony. Enjoyed the heated pool after the games as well at night when we weren’t enjoying the Village as it’s a 1 minute walk. Weather wasn’t the greatest, but the house made up for the time we would have spent at the beach! The rental agency was the best to work with and ensured our stay was perfect with the ease of not picking up keys and the perfect gated driveway!! We will definitely rent this house again for next years showcase!!!

Nothing Short of Amazing!

"You want this house. Heck, I want this house. I walked out doing the math for how long I'd have to work in order to buy it out from the owner (like 100 years HA!). It was a perfect distance from great restaurants, clear water, white sands, friendly people. I really didn't want to leave. We made use of every inch (I especially loved the rooftop seating area in the early hours of the morning). They were so generous with us, and we really made once-in-a-lifetime memories. I'm trying to come up with any excuse to gather any group and come back to the Hideaway. Writers' retreat? Check. Business mastermind? Check. I mean, you name it. It should happen here.
