The Vacation Rental Difference

Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties is dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of all of our guests. Unlike traditional hotels, our vacation rentals have very limited community contact points, like shared entrances, doors, lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairways, HVAC systems, etc. But, unlike your own home, we like to think that our homes are more set up for relaxation, fun, games, and activities.

We have diligently worked to stay up-to-date with the latest safety measures and cleaning protocols including but not limited to:

Professional Housekeeping Services

We are committed to the use of CDC-approved cleaning products and practices to reduce the spread of germs. Our cleaning processes are compliant with DBPR sanitation guidelines and include the disinfection of all high contact points, including all hard and soft surfaces throughout your rental. We also use EPA compliant cleaning products to remain environmentally conscious in our efforts.

Professional Linen Program

Our Professional Linen Program ensures each of our properties is equipped with all the linens you’ll need for your stay. You will be provided with clean towels (for the kitchen, bathroom, and the beach), mattress protectors on every bed, and pillow protectors on all sleeping pillows. All linens are cleaned off-site in an independent laundry facility that utilizes an OZONE System, which provides 100% sanitization.

Cleaning Report Required for All Cleans

Every property is meticulously cleaned before your arrival and must meet the requirements of our rigid 107-point cleaning checklist. All housekeeping team members are thoroughly trained on our procedures that go above and beyond CDC guidelines and must provide an accurate cleaning report for each property they prepare.

3-Level Inspection Process for All Cleans

In addition to our comprehensive checklist, all properties undergo a 3-level inspection process before your arrival. This inspection double-checks our housekeeping staff’s efforts to ensure every inch of your rental has been appropriately attended to. If anything in your property does not meet our standards, this inspection gives us the chance to address the issue before you arrive.

Continuing Education and Training

Our staff is dedicated to remaining up to date with the CDC’s latest guidelines, and we adjust our efforts to continuously go above and beyond the recommended procedures.

Bins Be Clean

Every one of our homes is serviced by Bins Be Clean, a mobile service that disinfects and sanitizes outdoor trash cans and recycling bins on the property. All water, cleaners, and waste are contained throughout the cleaning process to ensure there is no cross-contamination. This service is performed once monthly at every property.

Housekeeping Add-On Services

In addition to our already rigorous housekeeping policies, guests have access to a variety of housekeeping add-on services. These services may come at an additional cost. Contact your Property Manager to learn more about the extra housekeeping services that may be available to you.

Mid-Stay

If you’re staying with us for an extended period of time, we offer optional mid-stay cleans to make sure your family is safe and healthy for the entirety of your visit. Mid-stay cleans may come at an additional cost.

Incoming and Prospective Guests

Preparing for Your Arrival

If you are expecting to travel as planned, please read the information below, including the Resources section that highlights important website links and information for our valued guests. Please be aware that you will also be receiving a Pre-Arrival Email from your Property Manager within 1-week of your arrival date, as well as a Departure Email within 48 hours of your departure that will provide additional information that will assist you. Please review all of these materials. This information will inform you of any pertinent information about your home, your stay, and/or our policies and procedures. Our Property Managers are available for our guests (in-house, incoming, and inquiring) if they have any questions or concerns.

Property Managers Communication

Our Property Managers are one call, text, or e-mail away for our guests. No call centers, auto-attendants, call menus, etc. Just their direct cell phone number to reach them. While you should contact 911 should an emergency occur, our property managers exist to ensure that a fast response time for non-emergency issues. We want our guests to know that with a simple call or text, we are available to address your safety concerns.
