It is also Perfectly Located less than 1-block, or a 2-minute walk from Siesta Key Beach Access 7 and the white sand beaches of Siesta Key, Florida, which has been voted the best beach in America. It is also only about 2 blocks, or approximately a 4-minute walk / 1-minute bike ride to Siesta Key Village and all of the restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, and more. You will not need to drive anywhere!

This bright and sunny 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom home This home will comfortably sleep 12 people in beds and additional 2 people on a queen sleeper sofa. There is a large great room that joins the living room with comfortable seating, interior dining for 12 total, and fully-stocked kitchen space of the home. Directly off this space, you'll find the home's balcony with another small dining and seating area, as well as a spiral staircase that provides direct pool access. The pool area features even more seating and dining options, so there will be a seat for everyone at the family barbeque! Your family will enjoy the Oversized Heated Resort-Style Pool and Spa and the Private Game Room with Wet Bar, Bar Top Seating for 4, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, with seating and a TV. Directly off this pool area is the game room where you'll find a screened patio with seating, cornhole boards, and a garden view will have everyone smiling! This home has something for everyone, kids and adults! This home also provides Smart TVs and Free WiFi throughout the property, parking for up to 4 cars. Just South of this home is the Siesta Key Beach Complex which has concessions, volleyball courts, bathrooms, showers and even a playground for all the little ones. Check out the new Beach Complex that will surely wow you. You can walk or bike to this area, or you can choose Siesta Key Beach Access 7 for a bit more privacy. This home offers it all, and like all of our rentals, the location in proximity to the beach and the village allows our guests the opportunity to pick the vacation that they want to have!

Floor Plan Description:

The Ground Level - features covered parking for 2 vehicles, with the driveway accommodating another 2 vehicles depending on size. On the ground level you'll find the pool area, covered patio with plenty of seating and dining options, Putting Green, Tiki Hut, BBQ, and more. Adjacent to this space, you'll also find the home's Private Game Room with Wet Bar and Bar Top Seating, Ping Pong and Foosball, Seating and TV, and Private Screened Lanai with a garden view. Nearby, you'll also find the home's main entry foyer with stair access to the home's main living level above. There is also a spiral staircase up to the balcony, with interior access via a sliding glass door.

First Living Level (2nd Floor) - Here, you'll find the main great room. This room features a large kitchen, dining area with a dining table for 6 people, bar seating for 6 people, and a living room with a smart TV and ample seating as well. There is also a balcony on this level that overlooks the pool and it features a small siting/dining area. All 5 Bedrooms for this home are located on this floor including the Master bedroom. The Master features a King Bed and En Suite Bath, Bedroom 2 and 3 feature King Beds with En Suite Baths, Bedroom 4 features a King Bed and an bathroom directly across the hole dedicated to this room, and Bedroom 5 features a Bunk room with a Full/Full Bunk Bed (sleeps 4) and a full bath (shower/bathtub for the kids) that is directly next to this room and shared with the living space.

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest.

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.

This home is also part of our Property Manager Program, so one of our dedicated Property Managers will assist you during the entire reservation and vacation process. We are here to help you vacation the right way and ensure you have everything you need, including any recommendations or advice to help improve your vacation!

Beach Towels and Beach Chairs are included. Don't forget to check out our Preferred Vendors for rentals, activities, tours, and more. Through our preferred vendors list, we offer Rental equipment: golf carts, mopeds, mini cars, umbrellas, bikes (daily/weekly), kayaks, paddleboards, fishing charters, adventure tours, sunset cruises, eco-tours and more. Our preferred vendors recommend some Services, Tours, and Equipment be reserved in advance due to limited space and high demand. After you've made your vacation rental reservation, feel free to inquire with your Property Manager on how you can secure your spot for these services, tours, and amenities. Family Fun Paradise

"The inside of the house was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed but it was the outside areas that made our vacation stay amazing! We spent so much time enjoying playtime together as a family...swimming, playing games, sharing conversation while we soaked up sun or sat in the shade, watching football and movies by the pool... that wonderful memories were made!!! The landscaping made us feel like we were in a tropical paradise. The location of the house made it very easy to walk to the beach or restaurants. We definitely hope to rent this house again!!!!!!!

"Paradise Cove was the perfect house for our group of 8! The pool area was amazing - from the covered patio area with large tv and bathroom to the putting green and yard games, and last but certainly not least, the large hot tub and pool with benches, ledges and tiki feature. The other space on the lower level was a bonus having a fridge, tv, couch and game systems. While we spent most of our time outside, the inside provided plenty of space for our group. Overall, Paradise Cove was better than expected and we'd definitely stay again!

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was exactly how it was described online, everything was clean and tidy and in working order. The pool was amazing. We were in walking distance to the beach and the town. And we loved taking the bikes out. Our kids had a blast & we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I wish we could have done differently was check in early as we asked so that our kids could take their naps, but I understood that they had a cleaning crew scheduled for a specific time.

Great location for access to beach and village

"My family loved this location. The adults were able to grab great coffee and do a morning walk on the beach while the teenagers slept. We could walk to a beach day and use the provided wagon / chairs / cooler. We could enjoy a sunset picnic on the beach. The house itself was very cute and just a nice place to spend our evenings together. (VRBO guest)
