Meet the Chef

John Hentschl, the corporate chef at Daiquiri Deck, has experience with American dishes married to seafood selections and loves what he does. He attended culinary school, then moved through the ranks around the country until he found this lovely landing spot. He became the corporate chef in 2011 and is proud to serve the best seafood, raw food, and American food in Siesta Key. He belongs to the Chef’s Association and has created many menu items for Daiquiri Deck. You’ll enjoy his creations, with a frozen daiquiri on the side, on the beautiful deck.

Some of the wonderful entrees created by the chef include coconut shrimp, mahi-mahi, grouper, fresh catch of the day and a full selection of wraps and burgers.
